Hospice of the Comforter Settles Whistleblower/Qui Tam Lawsuit

(HOTCI), defrauded Medicare. The judge shot down objections from the whistleblower (sometimes called a “relator” or “plaintiff” who argued that the settlement amount is unfair, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
