Litigation against cohorts such as employers, health care providers, and nursinghomes is already difficult, but COVID-19 lawsuits have proven even more difficult to win.
One particularly distressing aspect of New Jersey’s pandemic response was the devastating impact on its veterans homes. In what can only be described as a multilevel leadership failure in nursinghomes, specifically in veteran homes facilities, these facilities witnessed a tragic loss of life due to COVID-19.
